Nick has over 25 years’ experience in accounting and finance, including 20 years in the mining and exploration industry. Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant. Nick has worked in a variety of finance and commercial roles with companies such as KPMG, Newmont Australia and WMC Resources Ltd. Nicks most recent corporate role was as CFO and Company Secretary of Sarama Resources Limited, an explorer with interests in West Africa.
